Small Ways to Make a Big Difference
Over the last three weeks, a large group of writers, educators, and activists organized by Raam Dev has come together to create a free ebook entitled, ‘Small Ways to Make a Big Difference.’ In terms of content, the book’s title speaks for itself. Many of the short contributions made in this book mesh nicely with the underlying ethos of the Simplicity Collective (I’ve made three contributions myself), and so I would welcome you all to take a quick look at the book. Parts of it will provide nothing new, however you may find it rewards your attention even as a source of inspiration and focus. For those interested, the link is here. Simple Living Workshop on Breadmaking: I have organized for some master breadmakers to run a short workshop on breadmaking this coming Saturday 31 July from 2.30pm. Due to limitations of space, the numbers are limited to the first 15 who confirm their attendance (please only confirm if you are sure you can make it). The venue will be in Coburg (details to come). Cooking materials will be provided. A short discussion session will follow the workshop for those interested.
